Enter the following email server settings in their corresponding boxes: Follow this link to know the difference between POP and IMAP. Click the email protocol that you want to use for this setup. Tick the box provided for Let me setup my account manually. Enter the email address in the box provided then click Advanced Options.
Click File on the upper left side of the window and choose Add Account. Open Outlook App 2016 or Outlook App for Microsoft 365. But if there is a need for you to set up your email exchange account as either POP or IMAP, see the settings below and the steps on configure it. It is advisable for your Email Exchange and Microsoft 365 email accounts to be set up with Exchange ActiveSync protocol t o synchronise emails, calendars, tasks, and contacts across all devices.
